A line has slope -5/3.Through which two points could this line pass?

OpenStudy (chriss):

There are an infinite number of lines with this slope, so more info would be needed to answer your question. An example of two points of a line that would meet your criteria would be if for instance the line passed through the origin giving us a y-intercept of 0, and the first of the two points we need which is (0,0) To get the second point just put the info we now have into slope intercept form to get y=(-5/3)x+0 then plug in an x value, (any value you like) y=(-5/3)(3)+0 y=-5 So our second point would be (3,-5)
