How do u compute integrals on a calc?

hero (hero):

Get a TI-Nspire CAS or a TI-89 at the very least

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont have any of those!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I hae a TI-83 plus

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Actaully TI-84 plus silver edition has that feature as well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know i gotta get a new one

hero (hero):

That's an ancient calculator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got it in HS

hero (hero):

I had TI-83 when I was a kid rld

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am a kid

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can try on the Ti-83, Hit the Math button, and then hit the number 9 button

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do u know of a site that i can calculate it on?

hero (hero):

wolfram alpha

hero (hero):

http://www.wolframalpha.com/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do u use it @langrange?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Should be lableled fnInt(

hero (hero):

Of course she doesn't want me to explain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya i found it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hero has an inferiority complex!!

hero (hero):

What's an inferiority complex?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

An unrealistic feeling of general inadequacy caused by actual or supposed inferiority in one sphere, sometimes marked by aggressive

hero (hero):

You made that up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

of course this works only for definite integrals

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya but like how u do that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like how wld i set it up?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hero I just googled the definition

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, after you hit that button, (at least on mine) i get a integral symbol, then there should be a place were you can enter you limits of integration and then simply plug in your function

hero (hero):

Well, sorry to disappoint you but that definition has nothing to do with me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

On my calc it just appears as fnInt(

OpenStudy (lalaly):

hero is sweet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh YA?

hero (hero):

Thank you Lana :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let me go check on the ti offical website and see what i can find in regards to your issure

hero (hero):

rld, my Ego is pretty healthy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Difference of opinion!!! :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks for your help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hero u wanna sponser a new calc?

hero (hero):

I would but I need both calculators that I already have. I have TI-Nspire CAS and TI-89 (Titanium)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey dont stress urself out. I was only kidding11

OpenStudy (amistre64):

whats a calculator?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Idk either!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I really meant i need to find theh right hand and left hand sums

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How wld i do that?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

sums or limits?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sums

OpenStudy (amistre64):

a left handed sum sounds a bit bullish to me

OpenStudy (amistre64):

left hand reimanns, ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):
