OpenStudy (msmr):

what is a vesicle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its a fluid sac in the body. Like a cyst or other gross stuff lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

actually, it's a "fluid sack" inside a cell. (your description sounds like a bladder, ohmai ^^). its containments aren't in contact with the rest of the cell fluids, because it's encapsuled by membrane. vesicles have all kinds of uses, from digestion over transportation to DNA storage (the nucleus is also a kind of complex "vesicle", although it isn't called a vesicle)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

bladder vesicle. lol gross.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

vesicle is fluid surrounded by lipid bi-layer. many kinds of vesicle exists in biology,,,,simplest will be liposomes
