Is my sentence a run-on? If so, how can i fix it?
On March 4, 1865 in Washington D.C., President Lincoln addresses the country with his famous inaugural address to encourage the American people to create unity and a “just and lasting peace” throughout the nation.
I don't think that it is a run-on because it only states one fact. It just looks long because of the titles and adjectives
