This equation IS in rectangular form. Do you mean you want it in polar form? In which case, substitute using the conversion formulae: x = r cos(theta) y = ...

Note that this is not the final form of the answer. You should also analyze the equation in its original form and figure out what the locus of that equation is, and then compare it with your answer in polar form. It's quite a nice result.
