what are the implied powers can anyone help me???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Implied powers are the powers that are not specifically laid out in the Constitution of the United States, yet are IMPLIED by other phrases, powers which can reasonably be assumed to belong to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. For instance, there was no mention of the power of the government to start a bank of the United States. Hamilton argued that the power to do so was implied by the words giving the government the EXPLICIT power to provide for the "GENERAL WELFARE".

Hamilton helped write the Constitution. Although many of his ideas were rejected, he believed that one day America could be great, but only if it was a Nation, united.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So even though he did not agree with everything in the Constitution, he supported it greatly during the process of ratification. He lived in New York, a state that was not very supportive of many of the ideas of the Constitution.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He created the economic plan of the united states. First, he convinced Washington to assume the debts of the States that were incurred during the revolutionary war. This was a way to unite the nation and strengthen the credit of the United States. He knew that they had to pay back the debt.
