is there are any net charge on Earth or it has an infinite negative charges (electrons) or it's neutral? it's just confusing to me since it seems almost nobody talks about this subjuct precisely.

OpenStudy (turingtest):

The earth is almost perfectly electrically neutral because it is made up nearly entirely of atoms that have the same number of positive and negative charges (protons and electrons). I say "almost" because things like cosmic rays ionize some elements on earth, giving them a net charge; but this is negligible in terms of the total number of charges on the earth (which, although large, is not infinite). So the earth as a whole is generally treated in physics as electrically neutral.
