OpenStudy (anonymous):

w^2-36/25w+150/w-6/30= can someone please help me with this problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the first thing i would do is get rid of those complex fractions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so you can take the bottom two, flip then and multiply the two fractions together.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in between the 150 and w-6 is dividing. I just didn't want you or anyone else getting confused.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it is four fractions in one am i correct in that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

theres two fractions. first is w^2-36/25w+150 and then divide w-6/30=

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i thought so

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so you would have \[w ^{2}-36/25w+150 * 30/w-6\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you would cross mutliply to get this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so to cross multiply i would multipy 3*25w and 3*150?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry i meant to put 30

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes that is your numerator, the denominator would be the one with the w^2 times the w-6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i am going to try to work on this problem
