If Q(x)=x^2-5x+1 find Q(2+h)-Q(2) h

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its dQ/dx at x=2 =2x-5 now plug x=2 = -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer is actually h-1. I just want to know how to get to that answer? If it helps the equation is all over h.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lets see.. (4 + h^2 +4h - 10 -5h +1 -4+10-1)/h (h^2-h)/h h-1., i was calculating when h tends to 0
