What materials were used to build most cathedrals?

Most cathedrals in Gothic times were built from limestone, but some countries used brick. Wood was also used especially in the ceilings, roofs, and buttresses. And of course the doors were usually made from wood as well.

Glass for the windows, too. Metals would be used in small quantities for things like doorknobs, hinges, and to hold stained glass together.
