well, if what you said for discriminate is correct then the answer I got is 36 b^2 - 4ac (-6) ^2 - 4 a(0) -6^2 = 36 -4a(0) = 0 but 36 is not one of the answers, did i do something wrong?

the equation of the graph is \[y=(x+5)^2\] which is equivalent to y = x^2+10 x+25 hence a=1,b=10 and c=25. the discriminant is 10^2 -(4)(1)(25)=0

Oh i see, I thought that the (B,C) above the point was supposed to be b and c to solve the equation but instead you find the actual equation and solve with that. Thanks, event though this wasn't my question.

okay, then put in the negative, (x-5)^2 X^2-10x+25 a =1; b = -10; c = 25 b^2-4ac (-10)^2 - 4 (1)(25) 100 - 100 = 0 same answer (by the way, when graphing exponential equations, what ever number added to x inside those () will be moved to the left on the x-axis) what Safiah said was correct but even differently its the same answer
