Nope, there are only 23 pairs of chromosomes. But I'm not very sure, that might happen due to genetic disorders.

There are examples of extra chromosomes as pratu043 suggests - Down's syndrome occurs when 3 copies of chromosome 21 are present in the embryo (and hence in all the cells of the adult). This is known as trisomy 21. Other conditions include extra sex chromosomes - people can be XXY or XYY as a result of a genetic abnormality.
