2.Can any ISP see what I am viewing, such as even right now.
3. Just a stupid question, can ISP providers take control of your computer and put it on lockdown or just you internet

ISP can and the Police. Police Has the legal rights to. Depending on your ISP Company and the many clients they normally dont care.

The fcc Manages All FCC 1800 Numbers i recommend adding your number to the Do not Call List. The police dont care if you steal music. If you live in NC nope :P And i was worried as well
