(0,0) - 18 (-2,3) - sqrt of 183
The first one is centered at the origin, with radius 36 (the square root of 324). The second has the center at (-2,3) and radius square root of 183.
Recall that the formula for a circle with center (h,k) and radius r is (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2
