kk The least common multiple is smallest multiple shared by a set of numbers. The easiest way to find the least common multiple of two numbers is to write out their respective multiples and then locate the first number that they share. For example the LCM of 2 and 3 is 6. Multiples of 2 are 2, 4, 6, 8; multiples of 3 are 3, 6, 9. So you can see that 6 is the first common number in their sequences... hope it helps.....
