anti derivative of f(x)=fourth root(x^3)+cube root(x^2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The first step is re-writing what you've got. (x^3)^1/4 + (x^2)^1/3 = x^3/4 + x^2/3 Can you take the antiderivative of this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes! thank you! it worked :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What did you get for your answer? We can compare if you want.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright. i got (x^7/4)/(7/4)+(x^5/3)/(5/3)+C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(4/7)x^7/4 + (3/5)x^5/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh yeah, and the +c. I always forget that :-)

ahaha great! thanks for your help! :D
