anyone knows how to do ∫x/(sin2x) dx?
answer looks ugly... http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=integrate+x%2F%28sin2x%29+dx
it's not ugly... but very ugly...no other ways except the answer from wolf?
never even heard of a polylogarithm until wolf.
Yikes, that is one ugly integral. Haha, I'm looking at the definition of a polylogarithmic function and still am clueless.
so I can't do it at my level?
this looks more doable... http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=integrate+x%2F%28sin%5E2x%29+dx
but the function is different already :(
@dpaInc I guess that is the question. \[\sin ^{2}(x) \] or \[sin(2x)\]
sin2x
even replacing sin2x with trig identities i cant do it. but this is also doable... http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=integrate+x*%28sin2x%29+dx
hmm, well after some trig identities I got up to \[\int\limits x \sec(x) \csc(x) dx\] Outside of that, I'm stuck. Hard problem.
