the absolute value of a negative = positive
the absolute value of a positive = positive


the absolute value is just the number away from zero you are. 
ex: like, Absolute value of -16 = 16. cuz it's 16 numbers away from zero. Absolute value of 20 = 20, cuz it's 20 numbers away from 0...
