Are there any statisticians out there? I'm using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to analyze some fuel economy data I collected. I want to make sure I'm interpreting the obtained results correctly.
Here is some background on the data. I varied tire pressure and speed while collecting certain bits of data required to calculate fuel economy.

I then performed a two-way ANOVA analysis to determine if there was interaction between tire pressure and speed on fuel economy.
What I am getting is that the F-test shows there is significant interaction between the two. What is this interaction telling

When there is significant interaction, what does this tell me? That by varying both speed and tire pressure, the effect on fuel economy is greater than by varying one factor independently?
