Yes, it depends on if the object is orbiting a center point at radius R. Average angular velocity is delta theta divided by delta T. Where theta is delta length divided by the radius/

Thank you so much for your help. I forgot to give the radius of Curvature R=35m, Linear Speed=10km/hr. If this are given, then can I solve the angular Velocity? Please help me to get the value of angular velocity and acceleration.
