What do you want to do? Simplify the representation? It's not an equation and so we have no information about what X may be. If you just want to simplify the representation, which is the about most you can do with an expression like this, try writing it as \[(\frac{1}{4}x-\frac{4}{3}) + (-1)((\frac{3}{4}x-\frac{2}{3})\] and then multiply out the -1, and simply add up like terms (the x terms with each others, and the constants with each other)
