A toy rocket is launched straight up from the top of a building 50 ft tall at an initial velocity of 200 ft per second. Give the function that describes the height of the rocket in terms of time t. I need to know how to explain this.

Its a parabola, sorry, I should have explained that. It uses the x^2+bx+c formula

I'm not sure how to use the 50 ft starting point in the equation. I think its the constant, but not sure.

Oh wait, you assume t is 0 for a starting point. Didn't think of that.
