Prophase - specifically prometaphase. Prophase ends with the fading of nuclear envelope and the nucleolus; other membranes dissapear also. Microtubules invade nuclear space, anchor chromosomes through kinetochores or interact with microtubules emanated from the opposite pole.
prophase is right ans but microtubules develop in metaphase and anchoring of chromosomess is done in anaphase in prophase only centrioles moves towards opp. poles due to elongation of microtunules forms in btw dem and chormosomes startss condensing and nuclear envelope dissappears dats all the thing done in prophase i wrote this to just clear ur confusion
