I need help with calculus. i need to find the volume of the solid generated by revolving region bounded by the graphs of the equations about the x-axis. y= 1/(square root of x+1) , y=0 x=0 and x=3

you have to graph it to find the radius, usually it is called "x" and then we call height the y output values which is the long equation y=_____________ you gave. from there we have and area equation. then we know that the volume is just the integral of the area function from some a to b (that you set by looking at the graph)

would the interval be from 0 - 1 or 0-3? if its revolving around "x"
