\[g (x)=\sqrt{x^3-4x^2+2x+31}; Find g(2) and g (3)\]

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

simple. first put x=2 this will give you g(2) and then x=3 this will give you g(3). Got it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think so.

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

what porblem do you have with this question? tell me. i will help you out.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just subsititue in 2 and 3 for each x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am not sure how to do it... I thought i knew how...

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

what ever you can do . do it here. then we will correct your answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[g (2)= {\sqrt{2^3-4*2^2+2*2+31}}\]

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

yes. it is right. now just solve it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is where i messed up... when i tried to solve it.

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):
