yes\
i think the guy was asking what position "this position" is referring to in your question...
yeah i was asking that.. the question is not clear.. it says this position n which position is it referring to??
look my question
when the moon and earth are in this position. what phase is facing earth? A. New moon b. quater moon c. gibbous moon d. full moon
i know the answer when the moon and earth are in 'that position' but i have got no idea for 'this position'..
your answers are in fact individual phases of the moon. when you say "this position", what do you mean by position?
as far as which SIDE of the moon is facing earth; the same side of the moon always faces earth because its rotation is exactly the same speed as its revolution around the earth. This is why the accepted hypothesis for the formation of our moon is that it was separated from the earth by a collision from another object causing the earth and moon to rotate and revolve in a sort of synchronus fashion.
When I am in this position. Am i: a) running b) squatting c) hurdling d) laying down ???
without being able to SEE what position i am in, the answers become rather benign and meaningless
what is phases of moon
when we look to the sky on a clear winters night, we can stare at the moon, but it seems to change as time goes by; it looks to pass thru a cycle of differeing phases depending on how the light from the sun is hitting it
so the ancients decided to classify those changes into different phases which correspond to the names you have provided based upon how the moon looks at a given time
thanks anyway I found is quarter moon
oh @partyrainbow276 u really did?? how??
