If you were to find a city, such as Los Angeles, and make each part of the animal cell connect with different buildings, (example: cell membrane of Los Angeles is a factory because the cell membrane controls what goes in and out of the cell while the factory controls what goes in and out of the building) what would the nucleus and vacuole be in the city?

Well, exuras, it wouldn't exactly be the mitochondria because the mitochondria controls electricity and the factory doesn't exactly control the cities power. The mitochondria would probably be the power company.  :)  but good answer

The factory controls what goes in and out of the building because when you need products to enter the factory, the workers control what goes IN. Then, the workers take OUT the products they made to the stores or whatnot.
