a football player kicks a ball at an angle of 36 degrees above the ground with an initial velocity of 60 feet per second. write the parametric equations for the position of the football at time t seconds. use g=32ft/sec^2
I got x(t) = (60*cos(36)t ; y(t)= (60*sin(36))t-16t^2 but part (b) is asking me for the path that the football follows idk how to do this part
ehh...you allowed to use physics? Try using projectile motion then...
whats the projectile motion?
i suggest looking it up. I'm a little fuzzy on that. IT's just that your question remind me of that. Try looking it up, as I can't giveth e information myself with accuracy
well i used it for the first part bit i dont know got to do part (b) "graph the path that the football football fallows
GRAPH the path? Awww
i guess i dont really know then. srry bout that
the graph is a parabola
if they require the equation of the parabola you need to equate the paramatric equations an eliminate t
