Another Tricky Question: Let a person move from position A to B, let C be any point above the path. While person is moving from A to B, the point C will be in the left hand side, while coming from B to A, the point will on right hand side. How do we prove it mathematically? Let coordinates of A be (x1,y1), B be (x2, y2), and C be (x3,y3)

OpenStudy (radar):

It is not the movement, but the direction the person is facing as he moves

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes ...

OpenStudy (radar):

If person is facing A and moving towards B (A to B) Point C will be on the right hand side.

OpenStudy (radar):

Therefore, I can not prove that point C is on the lefthand side moving from A to B

OpenStudy (radar):

But to be truthful, I couldn't prove it if he was turned around. lol
