Not sure what this question is.... I'm told I have a ladder with 11 evenly spaced rungs (those horizontal step things...) The lengths of the rungs decrease with each rung. The length of the bottom rung is 70cm and the top rung is 50cm. I have to figure out which rung is 58cm

ok, your first is 70, so in 10 steps you go to 50. 20 cm difference over 10 steps would be about 2 cm per step that you have to substract

antonio some people cant draw it out in their head so use paper, just 1 to 11 for rungs and then plot the info you know, then work on from there
