given the formula: T = aV^b, how do I solve for V?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Divide by a T/a=V^b then take ln of both sides to get ln(T/a)=ln(V^b) which can be simplified as ln(T/a)=ln(V)b. Then divide by b ln(T/a)/b=ln(V). Then rase e to both sides e^(ln(T/a)/b)=V
