position and relation of the organs in inferior mediastinum comunications with other spaces of the body, clinical importance

Hey, not sure how detailed you're looking for. The major clinical involvement in the mediastinal space I can think of is pneumomediastinum in dogs (esophageal perf in all animals, dogs tend to be trauma-related), thymus in young animals, and chemodectomas. This is pretty simplistic, but may be helpful: http://www.ucd.ie/vetanat/radiology2001/anatomyofthethorax.html

Well, we got the heart, lungs, thymus, vagus nerve, and part of the spinalcord. Vagus nerve is the longest nervecord in the whole body Spinalcord - part of parasympaticum Heart - can secrete out TNF-alpha during Myocardiac infracts Thymus - is mostly just one huge lymphnode, where the lymfocytes learn to function properly. I have no idea what you want in your answer, the least you could have done is posted the subject you're having problems with so it would be easier to narrow down the choices to your relevence.
