What is the underlying concepts regarding a Laplace transform ... and shifting ?
this? haha http://www.mat.univie.ac.at/~stefan/files/papers/mnwhs2/laplace.JTop4.pdf
is this one question or two
One.
Something to do with being in a different cycle in the phase
yeah, I had a priliminary idea about shifting an equation such that you are adding or subtracting parts that you dont want to determine the results of piecewise stuff
now thats how you right a paper; you know its got to be good if you cant understand half of what it says to begin with :)
not mine. but yeeah LOL just did a little research.
This is going to be my new quote: "The importance of Lyapunov forms stems from the following two results. Both propositionsare a consequence of the fact that the energy of an integral curve γ of X satisfies Eg(γ) = -Rγω, where g and ω are as in Observation 2.5. Recall that the energy of a curve γ : [a, b] → M isdefined by Eg(γ) := Rbag(γ0(t), γ0(t)) dt." lol
HAHA
sounds important
