i make mistakes at times.. Its electric field which is zero. the potential at centre is still equal to potential at surface

from gauss' law we know that the field inside the hollow sphere is zero since the charge enclosed by the sphere is zero. Now, we also know that electric field is the negative gradient of potential. So, the derivative of potential is zero. and we know that the derivative of constat quantity is zero so the potential is zero inside the sphere.

Hi hence sphere is conductor so voltage of sphere( whole of sphere) is same to surface of that
