Write an equation of a line whose graph is parallel to the graph of y = 3x – 10.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = 3x - 8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = 3x-9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so many answers. choose one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=3x-7

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

first thing you need to know is that parallel means the same slope...in this equation y = 3x - 10 the slope is 3..so the equation of the line parallel to this is 3 as well... since you did not write a specific point the equation would be y = 3x + b where b can be any value of the y-intercept just like @kumarsajan is one by one enlisting =))

hahahahaha. i'm bored men. @lgbasallote .

man*

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):
