Please help me figure this out. 2ysquared-7y+3 over 2ysquared+3y-2 divided by 6ysquared-5y+1 over 3ysquared+5-2

So multiply by the reciprocal. But instead of multiplying all of the terms out, you should instead factor each polynomial. If you are lucky, some of them will share factors and you can cancel those like terms.
