im not guessing the question sorry :/

OpenStudy (eyust707):

hehe i think phantom is asking how we go from a decimal to a percent... Okay so first it helps to understand "percent" "cent" means 100. So percent mean that many parts per 100. "I have 50% of a pizza" means: "If a whole pizza is 100 parts, I have 50 of them" we can also change numbers to a percent. Since we usually consider 1 pizza 100% of a pizza, we can think of 1 as 100% If we have less than 1 we have less than 100% "How many percent is .50?" ".5 of 1 is the same as 50 of 100" so 50% the trick is to just multiply by 100 .5 x 100 = 50% .35 is how many percent? .35=35% 1.45 is how many percent? 145% Hope that helped
