How do you calculate the dielectric constant of a material when the given data includes the capacitance, the potential difference of the circuit, and additional charge that flows from the capacitor?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Q= CV. Q is the charge, C is the capacitance, and V is the voltage. If you have dialectric, it's Q' = kCV k is the dialectric constant. You have 2 equations, and 2 unknowns, should be able to proceed from there. CV for the second eq stays the same. Q' is the new charge, with the original+extra
