using the information below, find dz/dt when t=0 z=ln(y) y=6x^2+6 x=5t+1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Replace x into y then y into z = ln (y) Can you do it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes so for y i have y=150t+60t+12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Close, not could you re calculate?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okie, I guess you just mistype y = 150 y^2 + 60t + 12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I mean y = 150 t^2 + 60t + 12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah sorry i typed it in wrong. so after you plug it back in it should be z=ln(12)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Replace y = 150 t^2 + 60t + 12 into ln y !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Keep in mind, we're looking dz/dt which mean t is variable, not x, not y!
