@phuelnora For some intuition on why there isn't a solution, look at what happens when you take the first equation multiplied by 3 and add it to the third equation.

Take three times the first equation and add it to the third equation. You'll get 0=48. Since it's impossible for 0=48, that means there are no solutions.
