Among 300 randomly selected drivers in the 20-24 age bracket, 15 were in a car crash in the last year. If a driver in that age bracket is randomly selected, what is the approximate probability that he or she will be in a car crash during the next year? It is unusual for a driver in that age bracket to be involved in a car crash during a year?

Supposing that the probability remains constant: \[ \frac{15}{300} = \frac{5}{100} = 5\% \]I would say 5% from a randomly selected group is not at all unusual for this matter, but that depends. Personally, I think this is somewhat of a poorly written question.
