\[\frac{9}{x}+2=-\frac{4}{5}\]
We notice that in the denominator there is x and 5. So we multiply 5x to both the sides
\[5x \times (\frac{9}{x}+2)=-5x \times \frac{4}{5}\]
Can you tell what we'll get now?
