Seeing how I've never have read this story before, had to look it up and found that the Chacha website was very helpful: The speaker is obviously a commoner because it is written with a wingspanney accent. 'Ave you 'eard o' the Widow at Windsor/With a hairy gold crown on 'er 'ead? The deletion of the H's and incomplete words imply that the person speaking has a commoner's accent, instead of a more sophisticated British accent. So after reading this I'm pretty sure you'll be able to know what the answer is. :)
