Take a break from math. A fun fact!
Today's date is a pythagorean triplet: 13, 5, 12 13 is the hypotenuse. 5 and 12 are the other two sides!
The next date that has a pythagorean triplet would be: 12/5/13 still consisting of the same numbers.
LOL
would have never noticed that...
5,12,13 or 12,5,13 NOT 13,12,5
13,5,12 in order of the DD,MM,YY (British standard)
dont forget to cite your sources @ParthKohli :P
Source: My dad.
haha better ^_^
:)
\[\Large \color{purple}{\rightarrow 13^2 = 5^2 + 12^2 }\] \[\Large \color{purple}{\rightarrow 169 = 25 + 144 }\] \[\Large \color{purple}{\rightarrow 169 = 169 }\]
no man, I meant 13,5,12 is not a pyth triple in general notation.
seems u r a fan of pink colour
I am @AravindG @FoolForMath Yes, it isn't, but I've explained that the hypotenuse is 13 and the other two sides are 5 and 12.
Then "Today's date is a *NOT* pythagorean triplet" ;)
Lol!
tell ur dad theres a mistake :P
No!! Okay, correction. *The three numbers can be rearranged to get a pythagorean triplet. :P
i agree with @FoolForMath the triples do NOT have commutative property :p
