How can I figure out a set like (M ∩ ~ T) ∪S? Don't give me the answer, I want to know how to do it. My first answer was incorrect, and I've redone it several times with no luck.

I am a bit lazy now to work it out, but eyeballing it, I would say that it should be the 315 from T plus those that belong to T and M. Maybe this will help you out. Since, (M ∩ ~ T) means the intersection of the complement of T, so we take everything not belonging to T and belonging to M, then union with S, means everything that we took previously plus the elements in S.

I mean, it should be the total minus the 315 from T plus those that belong to T and M, disconsidering duplicates.
