Write an equation of the circle whose diameter _ AB has endpoints A(−4,2) and B(4,−4)

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

Hint: the midpoint of the diameter is the center to find the length of the radius use distance formula on the diameter then divide by 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

once you have the center (h,k) and radius, r as described by Lgbasallote ^^ , put those values in to the standard form for the equation of a circle: (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2
