In the graph attached what is the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you se at x=0 , y =-2 and increases 1 for every x. That must mean the y=-2+x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't think so.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The y-intercept, where the line crosses the y axis is -3. The slope, rise/run, is 3/2. Starting at (0,-3) you have to go up three and over two to get to the point (2,0). \[y=\frac{3}{2}x−3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use intercept form x/a + y/b = 1....a=2 nd b=-2.5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh yeah, should have looked closer. :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

b=-3 :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(3/2)x−3 i think that ..
