describe the graph of y=-4x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is a line.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It has a y intercept of 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It has an x intercept of 0, and is continuous on (-infinity,infinity)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its derivative is y=-4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its integral is -2x^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol what exactly do you want?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would it be increasing, linear

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its slope is -4, so therefore it is decreasing, as x increases, and it is linear, yes.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh thank uu soo very much :) lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha no problem. Be more specific

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay i will sorry bout tht

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey thats fine.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i need some mor help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ask away...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wht is the best way to classify the triangle by its sides and angles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well you have 3 basic triangle types. Scalene, Isoscoles, and Equilateral.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Scalene is all 3 sides and angles being different, Isoscoles is 2 sides and angles being equal to one another, and equilateral( as you can guess, is all angles equalling 60 degrees, and the sides being equal.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And then there is the right triangle, which has a right angle, the obtuse triangle, which has an angle over 90 degrees, and the acute triangle, which has all angles less than 90 degrees.
