"Pretty soon Charlie meets two very special seniors from his school with whom he soon becomes good friends with." I'm not sure about this sentence. Are there any errors? Extra points if you guess which book I'm writing about
This sentence seems fine to my eyes. I would hazard a guess that that book is "The Perks of being a Wallflower"

The sentence is correct; however, 'pretty soon' is spoken English, and on paper, it's rather informal. May I suggest 'very soon'?
Avoid ending the sentence with a preposition - the sentence is fine without that second "with", which is redundant. I'd also drop "pretty" and "very", unless the sentence is dialogue and these words enhances the character's voice. One "soon" should also be either replaced or dropped. I replaced the second "soon" with "quickly": "Soon Charlie meets two special seniors from his school with whom he quickly becomes good friends."
