There are known relationships for 30/60/90 triangles. The sides are in a ratio (from the shortest to the longest) of 1/sqrt3/2. In this case, we know the shortest side (4 m), so we can multiply by the proportion to get a height on the wall of 4sqrt3, meters, about 6.8 m. Pretty big ladder, in my experience.
